On June 27, we’re excited to launch our new fundraising event, the Fernie Ride & Roast Festival, taking place alongside the Fernie Singletrack 3. Join us at the Montane Barn in Fernie, BC for a full day of music, BBQ, a free kids’ bike rodeo, an e-bike event, and more. The festival is open to the entire community, and we look forward to celebrating the trails together.

Looking ahead to summer, CCHS will focus on completing the Accessible Easy Beaver Trail, installing wayfinding and historical interpretive kiosks along with bridges & boardwalks, expanding the trailhead parking area, and advancing work on the Montane Blue Trail with the goal of making it maintenance-free.
